I have over 10 years experience in the electrical field. I worked for the Union for around 4 years. My focus is to do the work to perfection. What stands out is the quality of the work at a fraction of the average cost. Your donations are appreciated. I love the challenge of doing the work in a clean manner most of all. The work itself is second nature from doing it for so long. The challenge is what keeps it interesting for me. I enjoy exercising the discipline and concentration on the details. It’s a meditation for me.

Was very nice. Came out and did all the work as promised. Now a few months down the road we’re having major electric issues in that unit. Had my licensed electrician come out and showed me that the work was done very much incorrectly. Again, the professional was indeed very professional and courteous and Showed up when he was supposed to, but the wiring wasn’t done correctly.

This review was the first negative review and the first notice of hearing Bernie was dissatisfied. I've worked very hard to build a great customer experience and provide exceptional service in a professional manner. I understand mistakes do happen, and there can be misunderstandings, yet I'm distraught because I am having trouble identifying why this review is over-exaggerated with you saying you had MAJOR electrical issues. The installations didn't call for any complicated tasks that will bring about those circumstances. As stated before, the unit already had electrical issues when I came to install the three lights and I instructed you on that. Again, you stated you had someone to look at that. This was around five months ago and the wire was brittle, and falling apart. All work and wiring I installed was new. We can agree to disagree about the situation. The wiring was done correctly. I remember turning on and checking your lights as well....... A problem would have been spotted immediately. No shorts, or wiring issues, and the work that was done could have not caused any major electrical issues. I believe you're confusing my work with the old work already done in the unit. Regardless, I would have appreciated if you would have given me a call so that I could have looked to resolve the issue in some way, instead of having to respond online. I also would've like to see the alleged issues or speak with the person making the claim. Whether I am at fault for something or not, I would have gone out of my way to make things right because I understand the importance of long-term, trusting relationships with my clients. But I can't make things right if I am not given the opportunity. Our policy is, and we tell every client, that if you have any issues give us a call. It will be handled free of charge if it's something we have done. For years we've had many satisfied repeat clients. My work, reviews, photos, and Top Pro status speak for themselves. I apologize for your negative experience Bernie. P.S. I've called Bernie twice after seeing the review before he updated it and left a message. I'm still awaiting a call back.

Anthony was great! Came right in, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Competitive pricing is an understatement. He then continued and fixed other issues. He is my go to electrician for now on.

Anthony was prompt, friendly, professional, fairly priced, and did great work! He was flexible and accommodating as the jobs we requested changed slightly and issues with old electrical arose, he worked through the whole day to complete several projects for us, and he cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Anthony and would call him again for future projects!
