- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently, I am offering my services at discounted pricing to focus on building a larger portfolio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by getting to know my clients wants and needs for the project via a questionnaire or conversation. It’s important to understand the details. Once booking is complete I will confirm the booking and set the date and time. Depending on time/type of booking, I follow up at specific time intervals before the project. Once the project is complete I get to editing and focus on delivering sneak peaks or the final edits. I like to follow up post delivery to ensure all my clients are satisfied!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides classes in school, I am 100% self taught.
