- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, generally, we Charge 59.95, and possibly a little more for complex returns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend a little more time with our new clients on the initial visit, explaining our array of services, as well as finding out what we can do to satisfy their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are not just tax preparers, like you would find at seasonal tax offices or shopping center kiosk. We are Accountants and Enrolled Agents [licensed by IRS, to represent our clients on a UNLIMITED basis before the Department of Treasury. We have extensive knowledge as well as education in all phases of finance.
