They're always going above and beyond with getting my dog groomed! I would also pick punctuality and responsiveness but it allows only 3 selections

My dog looked amazing: clean, smelling great, with the haircut exactly how I asked for, and he was so happy and relaxed — no stress or fear at all. You can really see their experience and dedication.
