I contacted Best Pool Liners, they got back right away . 2 days after that John came out and went over everything very professionally. Good price. Installers where on time and did a great job. I will recommend them again.

I hired this company to install a new pool liner and was very disappointed with the results. The liner was installed with visible wrinkles, which significantly affects the appearance and functionality of the pool. Additionally, while the pump installation was offered free of charge, it was done incorrectly—installed without the proper washer—causing it to leak.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to resolve these issues, but they have been unresponsive and unprofessional. Calls have not been returned, and no effort has been made to fix the problems.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pool service. Poor workmanship and lack of customer support have made this a very frustrating experience. Although the cost was half of what other companies quoted it was not worth it. I guess you get what you pay for!
