FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each private session is $50- less than half the average cost of a private Pilates session in Bergen County, which is typically around $120. I also offer discounted packages for clients looking to commit to regular sessions. No hidden fees- just personalized, high-quality training at an accessible rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I always start with a conversation to learn more about your goals, Pilates experience, any injuries, or limitations, and what you’re hoping to get out of your sessions. From there, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs, whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or simply move more mindfully. In your first session, we’ll move at a comfortable pace as I assess your alignment, posture, and body mechanics. I offer both reformer and mat-based sessions using top-tier equipment in a private, welcoming space. My goal is to make Pilates feel approachable, personal, and effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a 600-hour comprehensive Pilates certification, which includes in-depth training in anatomy, injury prevention, and both mat and apparatus-based instruction. I’ve been teaching private sessions and small group classes for the past 3 years, working with a wide range of clients. In addition to my teaching experience, I’ve personally taken over 3,000 Pilates classes around the world. This has given me a broad perspective on different teaching styles and methods and inspires the way I work with my clients.
