- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees at the end of the job. The price that is listed on the contract is the final price. Everything is discussed before work begins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me I like to spend a few minutes talking with them to hear about their desired goals for the project they need completing. At the end of the conversation we’ll usually agree on a time where I can meet them in person to show them samples, before and after pictures of previous projects and discuss the process in which the project will be completed. I try to be as transparent and as detailed so the customer gets a clear understanding of the tasks which will be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides being a licensed contractor I personally have over 16 years of hands on experience focusing on window replacement, roofing and siding.
