Sam was so kind and thoughtful throughout our consult and work. He led a team that all did excellent work. The final product we are so so happy with even months later. He was communicative and flexible, and patient and accommodating with new ideas. Definitely a great contractor who I hope to use for future bigger projects.

Sam and the rest of the Allegiant team were absolutely incredible, I could not be happier with my experience working with them performing a wall removal (with all the additional bits like electrical, flooring, etc). As someone who hasn't contracted remodeling work out previously, Sam was extremely understanding and communicated all of the options clearly and concisely. I was immediately impressed with his ability to foresee things I hadn't even considered about the project and even making suggestions other contractors shied away from due to it being additional work despite being a more satisfying solution. As typical remodeling hurdles arose, I felt completely supported by Sam and the options we worked through together to get a result I'm absolutely thrilled with. The work speaks for itself, too. The professionalism and quality of the work is frankly much nicer than any other section in my home. On top of that I paid quite a bit less than I anticipated and it was done shockingly quickly. I will ABOSLUTELY work with Allegiant again in the future and recommend them to all my friends.. I just hope they aren't overbooked whenever that time comes around.
