- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer the most reasonable prices for our quality services and we offer you more "bang" for your buck. We also offer a free introductory 15 minute consult via telephone to better assess the work that is needed. I also offer every client a fixed price and hourly rates so that they do not spend more money that they have to. I am able to pack the time that we spend together with quality and valuable assistance. Will work remotely with you via telephone, conference, or Facetime in person to give you what is needed and wanted. We have a 5% discount for non-profits and veteran-owned businesses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I love to gather information and find out the customer's main objective in the conversation and then take it from there to see what the customer needs or/wants to promote and grow their careers and/or business. I am very committed to the work that I am hired for and have been known to track down and secure actual positions and/or leads for my clients so that they can use the information immediately. I feel that this is very important to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 30 years of leadership and management experience and training in business; and 15 years of information technology experience and training. I have also earned several leadership awards, including national ones along the way. I have a Business Degree with concentration in marketing and information technology (hardware and software). I have real-life experience and training in life and career coaching, small business, food (bakery and restraurant), business consulting, startups, tribal businesses and operations, non-profit organization, as well as, homeowner associations. Some other special skills include knowledge and expertise in business and point of sale equipment, resume-writing, leadership, web page operations, facebook, twitter and instagram. Professionally, I have been working for many years in various career fields, including Admnistration, Information Technology, Healthcare, Data Recovery, Mining, Recovery, Analysis, Budget, Business Owner, Management Analyst/Consultant, Graphic Design, Instructional and Educational Development, Performance Improvement, Auditing, Supply/Logistics and Transportation.
