Jairo has been a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to text messages and was very quick in completing the work at our home. He installed 2 bathroom sinks and a toilet and replaced a door frame for us. He knows his work and did a great job. We highly recommend him to others.

Jairo Gutierrez and his partner provided an overall great experience from start to finish. I have an older home that is in need of a lot of work. I had multiple people give me an estimate but I didn't feel like they were listening to what I wanted. Some didn't even respond at all. Jairo was very honest and patient with me (he knew I had no clue). He came to my house, listen to want I wanted and then educated me on options out there that can give me the look I wanted within my budget. He gave me an estimate (very reasonable) and told me when he would be available to get started. Him and his partner were on time for phase 1 of my remodeling project, floor installation in the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms. They did an incredible job and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in place before they left. I am so happy how this project turned out. I am so excited and looking forward to starting phase 2 with Jairo very soon. Thanks for everything! Great job!!!

Jairo Gutierrez walked off the job after one week, leaving me with no shower, no bath tub, and no tile floors! He took over half his money though for a job about 30-40 complete. I paid for all the materials. He gets very mad if you ask him to fix anything that he did incorrect or sloppy. He was on his phone so much! So he stays mad, very immature and should not be in this business. He shows up at 10:00am to start working too. Like a little boy, he took his toys and went home. I would not recommend him!!! He owes me money too!!! No Contractors License # either with an old expired Georgia license plate.
