Mo's Magnificent Culinary Creations

Introduction: This is something I am just starting up because I love to cook really good foods. I do have over 15 years of experience working in kitchens, cafes and coffee shops, but I am extremely interested in providing high quality home cooked meals to people who do not feel like cooking. I am inspired to create and try new ideas in the kitchen. I cook many different kinds of foods (Indian, Italian, African, Caribbean and Midwestern) to name a few. Additionally, I can cook either vegetarian/vegan or with meat, whatever you prefer. I love to bake as well. Nutrition is important to me, for both me and my daughter, so I do like to cook, wholesome well balanced meals most of the time. I think we all have cravings for not healthy food sometimes, which is okay too.
