My furnace was not working properly this winter. Ken was responsive, and worked with my schedule. He came to my home, troubleshot the issue and fixed it quickly, and very reasonably priced.

Very responsive. Ken had to order a brand new fan motor for my GrandAire HVAC unit and install the replacement. He came through on everything he said he was going to do. REAL nice gentleman, knowledgeable, and he gave me a few pointers for running my system that I was not aware of. VERY reasonably priced and he managed to get the fan motor on warranty and saved me a TON of money. I would recommend First Choice Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs works done on their HVAC. Thanks a million Ken!
