- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In commercial cleaning, there is always a new product or new issue (like MSRA or H1N1) that comes along. We always need to study up on issues and products to help us service our customers better. Our management staff attends annual conferences and roundtable discussions. We participate in many local and international organizations. We subscribe to a variety of publications that cater to the cleaning industry. Education is a process that we're never done with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our largest service is commercial cleaning. However, we offer a wide variety of services such as grounds maintenance and landscaping, snow removal, lighting management and handy man services, which has seen a huge increase in recent months. We also have a division called Hygienic Surfaces that offers complete disinfection to facilities. This was a very popular service with the outbreak of H1N1. Our specially trained technicians will disinfect a facility to help rid it of infection and lessen the impact to other occupants.
