Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had when it comes to professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Hard drive went out on my iMac desktop computer. Jason picked up computer, discussed possible issues, followed up after diagnosis with options, repaired the product and was timely and the quality of work was amazing. His quote was very fair and it did not change through the process. When he came back to set up the computer, he talked me through everything he did in laymen's terms and went above and beyond my expectations. If you need computer support you will be more then satisfied. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier as a customer. Service was fast and convenient. Pricing was fair, there were no charges I didn't know about. Communication was great, Jason explained what work was going to be performed and kept it on a down to earth level. Scheduling was flexible. It was a one-stop shop for everything I needed. I was even advised about ways to save money on the services I was requesting and services I did not need. Jason replaced a few parts for me and cleaned my computer. Jason was able to diagnose the problems with my desktop and provided an accurate estimate for the repair. He treated the computer as if it was his own! Overall, it was a job well done, computer works great, no problems. I would recommend to my family, friends and everyone else. Thank you, Jason!

Wanted to start by saying that Jason was amazing! He helped me with a computer problem that I wasn't sure I was ever going to fix. The problem I experienced with my computer is one that no one ever wants to experience. I tried turning my computer on one day with no prior warning signs of a problem to find that my computer was trying to do a Windows 10 Auto Recovery, but that it had failed. I tried to troubleshoot the problem myself and followed steps from the Windows Support sites online, but nothing I tried worked. Decided that I needed professional help in the matter. I went to Santa Fe Computers (long-story of why I went to Santa Fe instead of somewhere here in Albuquerque where I live) first and left my computer with them to see what they could do about it. They were very friendly and helpful in the matter and got back to me pretty fast. They told me that something had happened to my hard-drive, and that all of the files in my User Folder were completely gone. They really had not explanation for how this happened, as even my Windows System files were gone which is something that never happens. This hit me like a brick of stones because I hadn't backed up my computer in years. Always thought I wouldn't have to worry about a hard-drive crash, but now I know better. I went ahead and let them do an initial data recovery attempt, but after an hour of them trying to recover my data they said nothing was showing up which was a bad sign. They suggested that I either find someone with advanced data recovery tools/methods or just start over. I wasn't ready to give up on all my school documents, pictures, etc. just yet so I decided to try somewhere else to see if a more extensive data recovery attempt could be done. I made a post here on Thumbtack and got responses back from several different Computer Repair/Data Recovery experts here in Albuquerque. I saw that Jason from PSI Computing had the most reviews, and also really good reviews so I went ahead and contacted him. He was really personable when I talked to him over the phone and he was willing to drive all the way to my place to check out my computer in person. He was willing and able to answer all the questions I had and definitely made it apparent that he knew what he was talking about. When he initially looked over my hard-drive he gave me more extensive feedback about what had happened to my hard-drive. He said that there was data on my hard-drive, it just wasn't in a usable format. He said there was a pretty high chance, around 85%, that a deep-scan recovery attempt could get most if not all of my files back. He said the process would take some time though, which didn't bother me at all. I was just happy to hear that I might actually get my files back. I'm a student at UNM and the fall semester had just started, so not having a working computer for a week or more was possibly going to become a problem. Jason was super helpful though as he helped set me up with a temporary hard-drive I had bought, and helped me install Windows onto it and get the correct drivers installed as well so that I had a usable computer while he worked on getting my data back. Jason updated me on the data recovery process as it progressed and after about a week or so he got back to me with some great news. The data recovery attempt was a success! The only downside of the data recovery was that all the organization and naming of my recovered files was gone so I'm still in the process of reorganizing/renaming all my files and figuring out where they are supposed to go. I can't say how happy I was to get my data back though! Jason went above and beyond with helping me and for the amount of time he spent working with my computer his charge rate was very fair! He was a great guy to talk with and I know that if I ever experience another computer related problem like this that I can rely on Jason to get it fixed. Would highly recommend!

Highly responsive, came promptly, understood the problem, was patient and able to explain it to me so that I could understand it. The truth is that I had almost fixed my connectivity problem myself, but didn't know it. He explained that to me too. I told him that to me it was like a counseling session and thought it was well worth the time and expense so that I wouldn't need to call anyone in future to solve this kind of problem.
