Manny's team Calen, Shorty, and Joseph all did a amazing job tackling a huge project cleaning out a family member's over-sized garage. They were very fast, polite and great to work with!
FANTASTIC! Cal is responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly competent. He and Sebastian got to work on my projects (weather stripping around doors and building shelves) and delivered quality work. Will definitely hire again.
We hired P.O.W.E.R for a complex flat roof project and also interior drywall patching. Albert showed a great deal of expertise, professionalism, and patience throughout the project. His crew members were consistently on time, polite, working diligently while on site. They have great pride and craftsmanship which showed well in the final results. They removed the existing flat roof and surrounding pony walls cleanly. They installed a new flat roof which has not leaked from initial rain tests. The drywall interior work looks good as well, textured to match and ready to paint. We hired P.O.W.E.R. a week after completing the initial roof project to put a 2x6 redwood deck on top of the flat roof. The deck looks amazing and we look forward to hiring P.O.W.E.R. for our future house construction needs.
I hired Charles Romero with Jay's painting to paint my house, his work is excellent workers always on time, very clean and neat, straight lines, I had no problems with Jay's painting. I will use them in the near future. I highly recommend Jay's painting. Thanks Charles
LET ME BE VERY CLEAR: MIKE NONIES IS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER HAD WORK FOR ME...YOU'D BE FOOLISH TO LOOK FURTHER AND NOT HIRE HIM. WHO AM I? I am an investor and doctor who lives in a very high end neighborhood in Albuquerque. I have had over 50 contractors work for me as I do investment real estate...in 3 states. I have very high standards and OVER 50% OF MY REVIEWS ARE CRITICAL/NEGATIVE. I'm HONEST and I try to help others get good results. WHY MIKE NONIES? 1. Mike is HIGHLY VERSATILE. I've found nothing that he can't do. He does concrete, plumbing, electrical, decks, carpentry, dry wall, stucco...everything. 2. Mike is HIGHLY....HIGHLY competent. You will get an outstanding result. 3. Mike is HIGHLY...HIGHLY ethical. He is honest about his hours, goes out of his way to err on the side of only charging you for time spent. 4. Mike is HIGHLY...HIGHLY independent and trustworthy. He got upset with me for being around the house too much and said I could feel free to do all my other tasks and he would not need supervision. He was RIGHT. He works completely independently, has great judgment, is creative and problem solves. He did NOT need ANY supervision 5. Mike is EASY GOING, NICE, KIND, GOOD TO BE AROUND. NO troubles. NO problems. Do you know what THAT is worth? 6. Mike takes INITIATIVE. If he sees something that will make the outcome better, he just does it without being asked. 7. Mike is PROUD of his work and makes sure you are SATISFIED. 8. Mike is a good PLANNER. He figures out easily what to start first and what to do next making sure the job is coordinated. 9. Mike does not get STUMPED. He problem solves. 10. I made a prior mistake and hired a completely unethical contractor to do a prior deck job. AWFUL result. Mike repaired the prior job, which I wasn't even sure could be done, and the result was terrific at a reasonable cost. 11. Mike's fee per hour (I did not use a bid) was MORE than fair. Not "cheap" but very reasonable. THIS GUY IS TERRIFIC. SNAP HIM UP. IF YOU CAN GET MIKE TO WORK FOR YOU, YOU WILL BE GETTING an EXTREMELY COMPETENT GUY AT A FAIR PRICE WHO WILL DO GREAT FINISH WORK AND WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE EASY. YOU CAN'T POSSIBLY DO BETTER. EVERYONE ELSE I'VE USED ON THUMBTACK HAD RISKS. NO RISKS HERE. WAIT IN LINE IF YOU HAVE TO. MIKE CAN USE ME FOR A REFERENCE. IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO ASK A SPECIFIC QUESTION, JUST CALL.
Jaime did a great deal of tile and general construction work for us in Novemer 2014. He and staff were very professional throughout the project. Bid was extremely competitive and service was delivered as promised. We could not be more pleased with the result. His tile work is exactly what one would expect from such a master craftsman. I highly recommend Jaime for any project. He does NOT "cut corners" and obviously takes a gret deal of pride in his work. We were so impressed we felt we needed to compensate him more than his original bid. Truly great work.
Awesome experience!! Master of All Trades is not just a catchy name it's the end result. I was unfortunate enough to have suffered damage to my roof which caused exterior stucco and interior drywall damage. I filled a claim with my insurance company "who were not at all interested in paying out for my loss" Jodi Trujillo was able to explain to my claim adjusters how and why my loss was valid. Had this not happened I would have been out of pocket $30K. As to their wook, it was hands down second to none. From their pricing, project handling , punctuality, craftsmanship to job completion They went above and beyond !!!!! Point blank the did what they said when they said and for how much they said . This work ethic Is absolutely unheard of in the construction trades. DO NOT hesitate to use Master of All Trades for any projects you may have. I also had them convert my evaporation cooler to refrigerated air conditioning and a new hot water heater. I am forever a loyal customer. Sincerely, Charles Mashburn
Our business was retained by Sandia National Labs to design & build a wooden construction for high-energy experimental use. The specifications were demanding, due to the stress & pressures it would be subject to and the limitations imposed (no metal fasteners). We reached out to Jake of Aloft Woodworks for tooling some of the construction's components and ran some ideas past him. He rose to the challenge, immediately comprehending what was needed and offering good suggestions to our design proposal. Jake made the effort to search for & hand-select the best wood available, and he tooled the wood components to to our exacting specifications. Jake went out of his way to meet our deadlines, expedite delivery, and - on tope of everything - his prices were more than fair. Our project was a success, no small part of which was due to Jake's superlative skill and service. I would have no hesitation using Aloft Woodworks again, and I enthusiastically endorse & recommend him. His friendly, collaborative manner made working with him a pleasure, and his skill & demanding insistence on perfection combined to instill our highest regard. We wouldn't hesitate to use Jake again. We recommend anyone interested in retaining Aloft Woodworks for fine woodwork and/or intelligent & creative design to do so, and invite them to contact us directly if desired. We wish Jake continued success in pursuing what is so clearly not just a true vocation, but a passion. Daniel Wilson New Mexico Dirtbags Albuquerque, NM email@example.com 505.750.3478 (DIRT)
I hired Del Rey Construction to do a bath remodel. I went with him because he seemed knowledgeable about the work and to top it off he submitted the best bid. The experience was nice. The work was great. He kept in regular communication with me through the whole process. His workers were clean and courteous. I was really impressed with the end result. I have some projects coming up and I will definitely be using them again.
I needed my roof repaired, there was already a leak which I was able to stop with some caulk. I needed the repair to be done soon due caulking of the leak which would not last forever. Marsh Construction came out within 2 or 3 days to replace the current TPO style roof with another TPO style roof that I wanted. It was completed within a day. It was inspected again the next day by Marsh Construction to make sure everything was okay. The result is a good job and no leaks. They also used a thicker TPO material too which means more durable. Good job and they listen to you. Thank you.
L3 did a kitchen backsplash, bathroom remodel and a flagstone entry into the house I could not be more happy I highly recommend this company
Is it even possible to write a construction company review without any real complaints? Ha! Well this ones about to be a first I think. I grew up with parents who used to flip homes for profit so I'm well aware of the construction industry and the tendency for its deceitfulness (cutting corners, taking longer than promised, being ripped off financially). But somehow, this team of great people were the complete opposite. They are such honest and genuinely nice people, with talent, professionalism, and dedication. I really enjoyed working with them and plan to sign them on to my next project if they aren't already completely booked up with all the referrals I've been sending their way haha. Enchantment is a great company, go with them you won't be sorry.
A&P Preservations has been doing all my demo, trash haul, house cleaning and landscape needs for the past two years. They show up at the job site when promised . Rates are fair, in all very happy with there work.
Darren handled the re-model of me kitchen and 2 bathrooms, he was on time and did everything he promised he would do. the work was cleaned up at the end of everyday and all of the prep time put in at the front end of the project was well worth it, as all cabinets and flooring came in when we needed it, Darren and all od the sub-contractor he hired were polite and courtious, it was a pleasent experience. On time and on budget.
