- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard rate is $100 an hour for standard services. Lights and other equipment available. I do give a discounted rate depending on how many hours are needed or if the customer wants to add additional hours the night of event. Were always willing to negotiate and earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the customer to get there event planned to exactly what the customer needs and wants. Our company strives to custom plan each event based on the customers needs and requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in the music and entertainment industry.
