I was having clogging issues with both of my bathrooms, and had to get the problem fixed ASAP. When I messaged Zoom Drain, someone got back to me in minutes, and although they weren't able to come immediately, they were followed up and where here the next day on time. The plumber, Michael, was upfront and professional and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. The price was fair, or as far as I could tell based on a quick Google search, and he answered every question I had about the job. The only critique I would have is the lack of 24 hour service, but I completely understand why a small business wouldn't want to run
