The ABQ technicians arrived as agreed, ready to do the jobs. We hired them for two separate jobs, a simple ceiling fan install, and a bathroom exhaust fan replacement. The Exhaust fan replacement ended up being more involved than anticipated and required return visits because the sizing was not sufficient to pull the air from the bathroom including a shower.

I had 5 fans to install, one of which turned out to be defective. They didn't charge me for the "non-installation" and once I was able to exchange the defective one, they were really quick to respond and get the new one installed. They could have easily charged me for their time even though the first install didn't happen. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects
