Jason with LM Pest Control provided a highly professional and friendly service that stood out compared to store-bought solutions, which hadn’t effectively managed the persistent ants in our backyard. His keen eye for bugs and willingness to share insights about the pests, such as those hiding in mulch or leaves, demonstrated his expertise. His solution that he uses is pet friendly too! Very transparent throughout application process and visit. The pricing was slightly below average in my area, and he is flexible with payment methods like cash or Zelle, which was convenient for us. Kindly note that he does not accept credit cards and using a check had a small additional fee. I was able to verify his licenses and certifications with the state, which gave me assurance in his qualifications. It’s clear he brings valuable experience from working with a large pest control company in the past, and now he's dedicated to offering straightforward, quality service without the hidden fine print you often see with big pest companies.
