- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge for my labor. If a client wants me to buy the items I will charge for the items as well. If they want to buy it themselves then I only charge the labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come up with days and times that work for both, and we work with the price to make sure it’s reasonable for both client and I.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at a welding company several years.
