- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well of course i test my self every year to keep up wiyh new trades codes ,and cost of supllies these day its almost impossible to make it with all the fast trun over in the real estate market the quality in these new homes are at 60% no pride in making homes that will last far after were gone these homes are being remodled 4 years latter do to bad structur,that why i wont build for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well thats a wired story cause i grew up with perant that were biulders so i hated it,but i was always good at seeing my next step in any project my dad put me on,and i became a pro boxer then came back to the trades then got into estimating projects to being a inspector of biuling codes in ohio,were i graduated from canton university.And i eaned my constructional seices degree.That when i new who i was i was born to build,and im an artist so i draw my projects before i do them so i see them in my vison then sumit them.Its what im good at i love that i can walk on a job site and every one gets there focus point high cause i see mistakes coming before they happen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
drywall textur and painting/car garages/framing and stucco is my better qualitys, But bath remodels are what i have done the most of.
