I recently employed Cody with American AC&Heat to replace two different furnaces. I initially found him on Craig's List and hit the jackpot! In both instances, he showed up the same day, was extremely respectful and responsive to all my questions, and behold, both furnaces were installed the very same day! He also cleaned up the mess and removed the old furnaces. No drama, no scare tactics. I restore older homes, and find the excellent customer service Cody provided extremely rare these days. Highly recommended.

I have to take my hat off to Jeff and Codys performance. I was very impressed that there was not a needed function that slowed them down. I did a tour of the assembly under the house the next morning and I was overwhelmed as to the wonderful work that Jeff and Cody had done in those cramped quarters.
