I typically do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case because of how happy and satisfied I am with the exceptional AC service work I received from Galactic Mechanical Services LLC. As with any home repair, I usually research as much as possible on the best product, price, and vendor when embarking on a project. I have to say, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism, clear communication, and response time. Their Service Manager answered all my questions and was able to offer various product options that was appropriate for my home, which aligned nicely with my budget. The turnaround for the installation of the new unit was quick, and I found it honorable that they followed up with me to ensure that the unit was functioning properly -- and to check if I had any concerns. Their quality installation was completed with the utmost care and integrity throughout the entire process, and Im comforted by the fact that I chose a knowledgeable vendor who demonstrated the values and talent that now allows me to enjoy my cool house during these hot summer months. I had to share my experience because Im always grateful when I learn of skilled, respectable, honest businesses that I can add to my contact list for home repairs. This guy is badass. He knows what he's doing, better than any I've dealt with in my long life, as well as taking care of me - the customer - above and beyond what I would ever expect. Cost was amazingly good. I have absolutely zero complaints and only positiuve thoughts. If you need work he provides, this is your guy!

Tim is a great technician! I called Galactic about an error code on my Della mini split and he showed up 20 minutes later. It took less than an hour for him to diagnose both units, inform me that a compressor switch was open, then power cycle the system a few times to get my heater up and running again. Now I'm cozy for the winter and I only paid a $75 dispatch fee!
