Tim is a great technician! I called Galactic about an error code on my Della mini split and he showed up 20 minutes later. It took less than an hour for him to diagnose both units, inform me that a compressor switch was open, then power cycle the system a few times to get my heater up and running again. Now I'm cozy for the winter and I only paid a $75 dispatch fee!

The first company that came out tried to sell me a new heater which I did not have the money for. Jordan was able to come out and replace the motor the same day. He even tested for carbon monoxide to ensure that me and my dogs were safe. Very professional and courteous
