This job was a roof repair. It had to be postponed due to weather but was completed in a timely manner when the weather allowed. Everything we discussed and agreed on was carried out as agreed. The quality of the work is good as far as I know. Time and weather will determine if it was good work.

Brian repaired our roof, about 100 square feet. Brian and the roofer were prompt and well prepared for the job. While the proof of a roof repair will not be shown until the next rain, I am confident that the repair is solid. Brian also gives a 3 year guarantee. I would call him again.

I hired Del Rey Construction to do a bath remodel. I went with him because he seemed knowledgeable about the work and to top it off he submitted the best bid. The experience was nice. The work was great. He kept in regular communication with me through the whole process. His workers were clean and courteous. I was really impressed with the end result. I have some projects coming up and I will definitely be using them again.
