My husband and I had our kitchen remodeled last year with Full Measure Kitchen and Bath. Landon was our designer. He is very talented, professional, and a great person to work with. He responds quickly and is very thorough. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. We are so happy that we hired this company for our kitchen project. Landon reached back out to us a year later to check in and offered to come over to our house to make sure that everything was still to our satisfaction. From the initial consultation, through to the final walkthrough, our kitchen remodel experience was pretty smooth and painless. Heather assisted us from the beginning - outlining the total project scope and designing the cabinet layout, to helping us choose backsplash tile and countertop material. Landon and Michael were on call to oversee the entire demo and installation process. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend if your kitchen needs an upgrade.

Our thanks to Josh and Anthony.The outcome (bathroom remodel) is terrific.So, were happy customers, and we would/will engage them again, with this caveat:Con:The collection, maintenance, and transmission of our specs from stage to stage of the project was worrisomely sloppy. We found ourselves correcting the same mistakes more than once. And the documentation of our selections did not capture important details that we could have used for our own quality control. The pile of yellow sheets that we were presented looked comprehensive, but it definitely wasnt. Ill be speaking with FM management to encourage better processes. And they will need to be taken seriously for us to hire them again.

Full Measure did a kitchen remodel for us just under a year ago and I wanted to wait a bit before providing a review to make sure that we were pleased with the results. We are!!!We initially met with Dana to discuss what we wanted to accomplish, and design the desired changes we wanted. She was an excellent partner and guide through the entire process of taking the vision and making it into reality. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable in coming up with the final design and making decisions on all of the different aspects, from paint, to cabinets, to countertops, to flooring.After several weeks of waiting for everything to arrive so that work could begin we met with Jason who would be the primary installer for the job. He was very friendly and was easy to talk to. We had lots of questions about the process and timing of the various steps in the remodel and Jason did a great job of answering and reassuring us of how things would work out. He did everything he could to keep everything rolling along, given challenges with scheduling subcontractors and getting necessary materials.We were simultaneously doing some DIY remodeling elsewhere in the house and Jason very kindly provided guidance and suggestions on some areas where we had little knowledge.Although the kitchen remodeling process took a few months from the initial meeting with Dana to work being completed, Dana and Jason were great to work with and we are extremely pleased with the final results.
