I cannot recommend Albert (P.O.W.E.R) enough - he provided the peace of mind we needed as we’re not in the same state as the project.
Albert delivered the project on time and within budget, all with quality materials, service and workmanship. He was open and transparent on change orders, we knew where we stood at every step of the way.
This project involved the overhaul of a rental property: replacement all windows and doors, removal of some non-weight bearing walls, kitchen renovation, installation of a walk-in shower, replacement of banister, re-flooring, and refinish/paint all walls. He did all this without disturbing our neighbors and property management spoke well of their interactions.
Will definitely keep engaging Albert for all our construction needs.

I needed to finish a space in an outbuilding at my home and called Albert for an estimate. He came on time, carefully reviewed my requirements and provided me a prompt bid to do the work. Albert and his employees were very cordial and professional, and kept us informed regarding progress. Albert successfully managed three subs on the job and competed the work within the time he estimated. The workmanship was excellent regarding his employees, the electrician, plumber, and tile installers. The drywall sub was good. I wouldn't hesitate to use Albert again in the future.

My family and I had just found ourselves in serious trouble after being taken advantage of by a previous contractor. We had a full remodel to do and six weeks to go before my wife gave birth. Then we hired P.O.W.E.R. Construction.
They did beautiful work, with a strong eye for detail in an amazingly short amount of time and at reasonable rates. We had asbestos abatement, stucco, window replacement, drywall work, painting, new doors, complete rewiring of the entire home, and wall to wall tile. The crown jewel, something I had not even considered, was the new porch. It was dynamic!
My broken down house, left untouched for sixty years, is now a comfortable and stunning new home inside and out. Now that I have a week or so until my newest family member is here we can bring her home to a perfect house.

We hired P.O.W.E.R for a complex flat roof project and also interior drywall patching. Albert showed a great deal of expertise, professionalism, and patience throughout the project. His crew members were consistently on time, polite, working diligently while on site. They have great pride and craftsmanship which showed well in the final results. They removed the existing flat roof and surrounding pony walls cleanly. They installed a new flat roof which has not leaked from initial rain tests. The drywall interior work looks good as well, textured to match and ready to paint. We hired P.O.W.E.R. a week after completing the initial roof project to put a 2x6 redwood deck on top of the flat roof. The deck looks amazing and we look forward to hiring P.O.W.E.R. for our future house construction needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In my estimates I included everything that's required for a legitimate business. This things are labor,materials,over head & profit margin.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and create a relationship and also to make sure we have a clear understanding of task on hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a technical school and received a certificate for electricity and at same time took classes on structural building and code regulations.
