Introduction: I am a 20-year veteran in the information and technology field. Some of my best abilities are to listen to the customer, problem solve and respond quickly and concisely with a plan that the customer will understand. My career displays lots of diversity, from performing microcircuit board repair as an airman in the U.S. Air Force, to designing and building websites, to becoming a Dell certified technician. The ease in which I integrate into new teams and situations enables me to increase efficiency, productivity and overall performance. Strong analytical abilities and an acute focus on process improvement have led me to reduce cost and optimize efficiency at every point in my career.
