- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. Each job is different and everyone has different needs and budgets. I work with the customers and help them pick what will fit in their needs and also their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go and see their job and then go price supplies and then give them a fair quote based on their individual needs. Each job is unique so one size does not fit all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing, electrical, roof, lawn, HVAC, maintenance, management of trades, city codes and the list goes on.
