We have 12 years of flooring experience but we just opened our company November 2020. We specialize on wood flooring, laminate, LVT glue down, Carpet Tile , VCT , tile and more. Erik and his team were professional, efficient and did a great job with our floors. They installed the floors in 2 bathrooms, always a tricky assignment, in about half a day. The floors look great.

R&A Flooring were great! Eric came out and gave us an estimate and then life happened and I had a health issue in my family. Over a year later when I was ready to get back to my gutted house remodel I contacted Eric and he quickly responded and still had notes on my house and job. When they installed the floor they were pompt, professional, knowledgable, and did the floor layout with true experience. Definitely recommend!!!

Eric and his crew helped fix some flooring issues in a house I was about to sell. Then, when I purchased a new home, the crew did a complete removal of tile and carpet and replaced with lvp. It came out great - very professional. The crew even helped me when my movers didn't show up, and I didn't know what to do!

I am a fan of the phrase under promise and over deliver. After reading R and A’s reviews I expected a good experience but they still over delivered! I reached out Monday night and at 130pm today (3.5 days later) I have 1500 sqft of vinyl flooring and a bad A stair case ready to go !

This crew was awesome. Initially I wanted to install the flooring myself to save money but I ran out of time. Ultimately I could not have produced the high quality final product like Erik and his crew did. I highly recommend these guys. Quick and high quality work. Thank you
