Erica was on-time and professional. She absolutely knows what she's doing and got to work right away. She asked for a tour and what I wanted done and ensured the place was immaculate before leaving. Her quote was reasonable and her responses were prompt. She offered a variety of times and days. She was also a lovely and personable person; very easy to talk to and I never felt awkward or uncomfortable having her in my home.
