- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have some standard pricing and visible on our websites. However, We will work with you on budgets for extended services or if you have several pets! Albuquerque and Surrounding Areas Pet Sitting Rates: $20 - 1 visit per day Minimum 30 min (dog, cat, small animals only) $30 - 2 visits per day - Minimum 30 min each (up to 2 pets) $5 - Per each additional pet over 2 pets $20 - Extended Care (each additional half-hour per visit) Mid-Day Rates: $15 - Per 15 minute visit. (potty break, senior/puppy check) Dog Walking Rates $20 - 30 minutes 1 dog $30 - 30 minutes 2 dogs $40 - 60 minutes 1-2 dogs $5 - Each additional dog Almost Overnight Pet Sitting $30 and Up. Sitter will provide your pet will extended evening visit from the hours of 7 - 9:30,PM. Dog Waking is available for a fee. Overnight Pet Sitting $45 and Up. 8:00 PM-8:00 AM (Available at a discounted rate when combined with Overnight Pet Sitting) Mid-Day Checkin (15 minutes) Potty Break-Fresh Water, $10.00 Ask About Our Discounted Rates For Extended Monthly Overnight Stays Sweet Pawz's In-Home Overnight Sitting allows your pet to maintain their routine in the safety and comfort of their own home while you're away. Our sitter will come to your home in the early evening to feed, water, and play with your furry family member. Sweet Pawz's sitter will spend the night at your home and depart the next morning after your pet has had their morning routine! Holidays The following dates will require a $5-holiday surcharge (per visit). New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, Payment required upfront. No Refunds On Contracted Pet Services. We do not provide service for aggressive animals as safety for our employees is important!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sweet Pawz is happy to any questions about our services or if would like to schedule a meeting, please contact us using the following form. We are looking forward to meeting you and your furry family members! During your free initial consultation, we will need to collect two sets of keys from you. If you decide that you do not want us to retain copies of your keys, a $5 service charge may be required for any future pick-ups and drop-offs. Payment for Services Payment for services is due in full prior to the first day of the scheduled visit.
