Installation and removal in 2 day. Install was clean, well organized and got rid of some of the supply/drain messiness from previous units. Seams well taped, connections secure, no drips or leaks after 2 week. Condo pump lifting condensate into the washing machine drain rather than floor drain, nice! AC unit well placed on new composite pad, all connections done cleanly and breeches in siding appropriately sealed from the elements. System opporates smoothly and quietly. Thanks to both members of the team and Kevin for his PM work on the project."See more

I had a PC board go out on my Mitsubishi heat pump for 2 x split units. Chris from Royalty met me right away, diagnosed it and ordered the parts. Did the work in a fair and transparent fashion. I was very pleased with his work ethic and flexibility, and no wait at all. Other contractors had quoted me 2-3 weeks just to diagnose. I wish everything were this easy and professional in life. I have a hard time estimating price, but I did look up the parts cost, and this was in line with what I would have expected to pay for the service. Certainly fair for getting my family back to comfort and I imagine similar to that of other contractors (none of whom could come out and offer a second bid because they were too behind). I would recommend them again and am happy to know a good HVAC guy now.
