I had a PC board go out on my Mitsubishi heat pump for 2 x split units. Chris from Royalty met me right away, diagnosed it and ordered the parts. Did the work in a fair and transparent fashion. I was very pleased with his work ethic and flexibility, and no wait at all. Other contractors had quoted me 2-3 weeks just to diagnose. I wish everything were this easy and professional in life.
I have a hard time estimating price, but I did look up the parts cost, and this was in line with what I would have expected to pay for the service.
Certainly fair for getting my family back to comfort and I imagine similar to that of other contractors (none of whom could come out and offer a second bid because they were too behind).
I would recommend them again and am happy to know a good HVAC guy now.

Called royalty heating and cooling back in July. Chris came out the next day to give me an estimate gave me a great price and a couple days after that he came to install my whole AC/heater unit. He did a great job with the installation and disposing of my old unit. My condenser fan stopped working properly. A few days ago, Chris came out the next day and fix the problem. Great customer service and honoring his warranty. I would 100% recommend royalty heating and cooling.
