I needed to get my place cleaned in order to move. However, there were a few issues I had no idea how to solve. Or want to do in order to do some of them myself. So I knew I needed help. Havah was very easy to get ahold of and we quickly set up a time that would work for both of us. Once she arrived, I was quickly impressed with her knowledge and understanding of all the issues I myself did not know how to tackle. Not only did she know how to easily clean a stove to shinning perfection, she also knew how to remove the mold that was on the corner of the bathrooms ceiling. But more than that, she was able to get all the blue dye out of the tub from when I dyed my hair in it weeks before and it had ended up looking like I had killed a smurf in there. Thanks to Havahs help the bathtub turned white again, the mold disappeared and the place was cleaner than when I had moved in. I would not hesitate to recommend Havah to anyone I meet. And I would definitely hire her again.

My house smells better, looks better, and it's all because I hired Havah. She cleaned my walls, and my wooden floors have never looked more beautiful. I have two large dogs with a lot of hair and she even had special attachments for her vacuum to get all the hair off the furniture and out of my carpet. My wife vacuumed before she came over and after she left the floors were cleaner than I'd ever seen them. We would definitely use her again and so should you.

Havah was amazing! She worked really hard, and left my floors sparkling. When I asked her, she showed me a plathorea of tricks to remove stains and keep my house clean. Often times I call her asking things like "how do I get orange juice out of a silk shirt?" or "what is the best way to clean a shower curtain?" Havah always answers, and her solutions are great. Thank you so much Havah!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly system, because I believe it is more honest than a flat-fee system. If there is more work I will do the work 100% until it is clean, and if there is less work (my client is a regular) they are not paying inflated prices. The person who pays knows they got exactly what they paid for. This system also tends to be much less expensive than the corporate prices as well, so the owner saves money too! I do not charge extra or have hidden fees. I do not charge extra for refrigerators, appliance cleaning, etc. I do however charge extra for mold infestations or if I come in and the house is dirty to the point where i know I will use quite a bit of extra cleaning supplies. This however is very rare, I've only charged a $20 fee 3x in 4-years. If anything will be extra, I will always tell you before I start cleaning, not after I finish the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 93 credits in a dual major of Linguistics and Languages from the University of New Mexico.
