Rob has been my trainer for a little over a month now, and I can see and feel the results. I am down almost 25lbs, my cardio is getting better, and I now squat more than what I weigh.
He is very educated, well-versed and professional in every aspect. Not only is personal training affordable it comes with meal prepping and 24/7 support.
Not once has he made me feel ashamed for having cravings, rather he helps substitute my needs with a healthy and guilt-free alternative. Rob has been so flipping fantastic, I strongly recommend him to any individual wishing to take the first step to a better, healthy, and fit lifestyle.

Booked a whole month with rob for the wife and I and let me tell you rob is outstanding with his work, not only is he changing our life’s with helping us be more active with the workouts that he gives us but he is up to date on how we are doing on a weekly basis what we are eating and what we need to workout to see results, you want a personal trainer this is you’re to go to person, On time, knows what he is doing, and pushes you to strive for more!

Rob is a dedicated trainer who knows how to get the best out of me. He is very personable and knows what he is talking about. Work outs are geared to what I was able to do and would get progressively more challenging as our sessions went on. I definitely feel stronger. Highly recommended personal trainer.

Ever since I joined high school I’ve always wanted to start going to the gym and make a difference in my body. But in Florida it’s difficult due to lots of crowded gyms and rude people. So I took a trip out to New Mexico with my family for a little vacation and started training at United Fit with Rob! Hands down one of the coolest guys I’ve ever met, always pushing me to do my best and get that extra rep in. Super respectful and has an amazing personality that I’m sure everyone would truly love to be around. As I’m writing this I’ve been training with Rob for about a week and a half and I’m already seeing results in my arms, chest, legs, and back. If your ever looking to get in shape or to meet a really nice person I 110% recommend Rob at stay strong be different!!!😄
