FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are excited about our pricing structure and how we can make it possible for clients to get the best quality photos at a workable price range for most everyone. The Quotes you receive from Rydeski photography are weighted on the information given in the brief outline of the clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new Family, Couple, Business is one of the best things we do. First, we will look to having a phone conversation and find out the needs of the new client such as dates, times, fun details about the photo shoot. If they need references to the great spots for photos or even to know where to find hotels or conference locations we have those available. From there we sign contracts and they place a deposit to reserve the time on my schedule just for them. Once we arrive at the date of the photo shoot. I will arrive a bit earlier than the quote (this is never charged to the client) to get set up or test lighting. From there the fun begins with the portraits. Once the shoot is done the photos are edited and streamlined to the best photos (I do make sure you get some of the out-takes since those are gold sometimes.) Once done you receive them in a link in a timely manner. Times vary depending upon what the shoot is. CDs are available as well as prints and albums.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
This is an exciting question!!! We have worked with people from all over NM, the United States and a from around the World. Each shoot is different: We work with families from as few as 2 people with one on the way to large family reunions that meet in different towns across NM such as Santa Fe, Nambe, White City, Albuquerque.... Then there are the amazing Weddings. With all the love, beauty and fun each different bride and groom bring to make it unique to them. With large fun parties of over 300, to small romantic destination weddings to the creative out-of-the-box couples. I love working with them all Of course I can not leave out our Events! We have met and been to luncheons at the Governors Palace were we work with local celebrities and politicians. Photographed National Conventions were we meet people from all over the United States that have great stories and colorful personalities. District wide conferences here in Albuquerque and the Santa Fe area bring together our local professionals. So many great smiles and laughs we have had at each and every photo shoot.
