When you contract with us for property management service, you get: Lowest management fees in Albuquerque only 7%. We know times are hard so we are here to give you full service management at an affordable price Customized advertising and marketing campaigns that find qualified tenants fast Full credit, employment, residency and criminal background checks on all applicants to minimize risk Preventative maintenance plan to ensure proper upkeep at the lowest possible cost On-call maintenance for your property tenants Recommendations for property improvements to increase property value and rental income We offer a la carte services for inspections maybe you feel completely comfortable with your tenants or maybe you want a monthly walk through. We leave that up to you but if you request it we do it. Scared to rent your home don’t worry we have you covered. We offer insurance for damages and evictions. Bill pay service for utilities, association, fees, etc. (upon request). Lease and disclosure documentation updated to incorporate the latest changes in landlord/tenant statutes. At AIM Properties we will showcase your rental properties on every social venue available, with style and 3d imaging walkthroughs which increases traffic by 70 percent.. As property management is NOT our hobby, we guarantee you only see the results.. VACANCY is not in our vocabulary and we can prove it!. Don't need full service management. At AIM Properties we will get your home rented for a one-time fee of ONE Month's rent.
