Mr. Perez was continually late for appointments up to and over an hour on all occasions. After last weeks rains the 'repairs' he performed leaked worse than before he treated them. When I called to to report the failed work, he said he would call and fix the problem...he never called! When I finally called him to express my disappointment, I told him how unhappy I was with his work and would go elsewhere. He said "fine, but he would not offer any amount of refund" He charged me $230 for an hours work and left gaping openings in the seams...He is obviously not a professional nor fair.

in all fairness, your roof was in terrible shape to begin with. No amount of roof repair would remedy how much damage was there(some of it due to you applying roof cement in random places). I went and did what i could but what you needed all along was a new roof system, i tried telling you this but you wanted me to do the work anyways. so here we are...

im always open to adjust the price accordingly.

the same one ive been using for the past 13 years, introduce myself, do a great job with a one year warranty and then hopefully we get a referral because of how good we did.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing since 1996 and on my own since 2010
