Leon de Juda contacted me after I submitted my project here on thumbtack. My initial impression was positive. They quickly reached out and came to do an on-site quote for my project. They even followed up on material color choice and confirmed my desired start date (which was a little over a week after the quote was provided). This interaction left me feeling positive about the upcoming work. The night before work was to begin I texted to confirm that we were all set to start work in the morning, to which I receive a yes response. For me, I needed to make sure because I have to coordinate with my job to be home/available during. The next day I was all prepared for workers to show.. The hours ticked on and nothing/no-one showed up. I attempted to reach out to several of the contact numbers without success. I simply hoped it was a schedule mix up and I would hear something later in the day. Sure enough, no contact. The next day was much of the same. I called and texted but received no response. It has now been 4 days since I was told work would begin yet no one has bothered to call or text me back. I now must return to the drawing board to find someone who can help me with my yard project. Two stars for waistline my time.
