FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price for services because we are not a commodity. We offer great value to our clients by helping them build their businesses. As such, we research and talk with the key stakeholders about their business before we prepare Proposals. Our Solutions Report is accompanied by a Proposal for Services that outlines our recommendations, timelines, cost. Examples: Logo Design/Branding: A Proposal may be given after one free consultation, or it could take additional time/consults depending upon the size of the business, their goals and the complexity of the project. Web Design Proposals typically follow this format: Before we build or redesign a website, we work with our clients to develop a roadmap. We call this process “Discovery.” In brief, Discovery is our process for uncovering the marketing and communication needs of your business. It provides both of us with the information we require to create a website and marketing strategies that will increase your viewer engagement across all platforms and improve your revenue. We “dig deep;” asking questions, brainstorming with you and performing research, to learn as much as possible about your business, your customers, and your competitors. The length of time required for the Discovery process varies based on the size and complexity of the business. On average, Discovery takes 4-6 weeks, involves 4-6 hours of our client’s time and 16 or more hours of our time. We have weekly online meetings with you where we gather your information and update you on our progress. At the end of the Discovery sessions, we provide you with a comprehensive Solutions Report and Proposal for Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free initial consultation to discuss the prospective customer's needs. Once we determine whether we are a good fit to provide services, we schedule subsequent Discovery sessions as needed. The number of consultations required before we submit a Proposal varies with the type of service requested. For instance, if someone is looking for a logo design, we can typically provide a quote after the initial free consultation.
