- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Together, the client and I clearly identify the work to be done. Then, the client emails existing writing to me for edits, along with additional materials as needed. I create and share a Google doc of the written content, then insert comments and questions for the client to answer. Once the client responds to those comments/questions, I use that info to help with my editing process.
