Introduction: Hello! I go by the name "MissEme". My first name starts with an "E", and I'm a "miss", and the "me" stands for me. I am a bartender and have been bartending for over 7 years. I have managed a restaurant and bar while attending school back home. I then moved to the Albuquerque area for more opportunities for myself and my family. I then obtained a bartending job on the weekends at The Santa Ana Casino's "The Stage" and helped open its doors in 2013. While working there, I was able to get alcohol certified as a mixologist, receiving a certificate for learning how to mix several drinks, flair bartending, learning about the many alcohol flavors as well as the tastes, what will go well with what, excellent wine knowledge, amongst many other things. I love bartending! I love meeting new people, and I consider it my "social life". It is now my side job in lieu of my business-week profession. I am great at what I do and take my work as a form of art as I don't just make and serve; I take pride in what I do due to the fact that I understand the other end and don't want to have an unhappy customer.
