We do winterization services. All properties will be prepared in accordance with the lender/servicer's established rules and guidelines.
These services include the following:
* disconnecting the water meter
* clearing the lines
* installing nontoxic antifreeze in traps and commodes
* winterizing the boiler heating system
Cleanup, yard maintenance and debris removal - We provide lawn care, yard cleanup, debris removal, and snow removal to have the property ready for conveyance.
We also offer home delivery and installation of appliances.

Super Clean came out to pull the weeds out of my front yard, back yard, alley, and side yards. Charles estimated a reasonable amount, and came out promptly to check out the job. He offered to trim all of my trees with a small extra cost. After all was said and done, my yards look amazing, they have never been so well-cleaned in the whole time I've lived here. I kept convincing myself I could/should do it myself, but for the hassle of taking away all of the weeds, tree branches, and with a high level of politeness, definitely worth the money! I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a gardening job. Thanks Charles!
