My number one priority is to make my customers happy, customers are #1. It is essential that my customers satisfaction is the most important thing to ensure repeat business. I take a lot of pride in my work and like to leave the line of communication open between me and customer so we can work unitedly. But over all I do my best as if I was cleaning my own home and love to leave there home sparkling clean and customer happy. Building a relationship and trust with all my customers.

Rachel and her team did a fantastic job cleaning my house in preparation for my wedding that we were having at our home. I was too stressed with wedding details to clean and she came in got the house looking perfect; all the hard jobs like bathrooms, tile floors, dusting. She's a delight to deal with. Very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable having her in my home when I was home and when I wasn't at home. I definitely will use her services again!

Rachel cleaned our home for the first time October 14th, 2014. I read all of her reviews but was still not prepared for the job she did. We have been here 6 weeks from Kalifornia and has been emptying boxes and not addressing the cleaning of our home. Rachel came in and did an initial cleaning and it is spotless. We will have her back every two weeks and can hardly wait. She established a baseline for our home being clean. I can highly recommend her to anyone needing a professional. She is neat, brings all her own cleaning supplies and engages the client in conversation as to what our special cleaning needs were. Preston & Toni G.

Rachel did a wonderful job cleaning my home. She arrived right on time and spent about 5 hours cleaning. Rachel also brought all of her own supplies, including her own vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. Rachel was very careful with our stuff while cleaning. I had one bathroom that was a real mess but Rachel worked hard on some hard-to-remove stains in the shower and soap scum on the shower doors and really made such a huge difference! I would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone who needs their house cleaned and I will definitely be hiring her again in the future!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to speak and meet the customer first before doing the job. I believe meeting the customer in person before the job is done is a great way to get them to know me and I to know them. I like to be honest to my customers. I like to get every detail of what the customers home cleaning needs are and I even write notes especially of specific request they have so I can look back at my notes to remind me.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    House cleaning for busy familes, retirees, new parents, and pre-sale home cleanings. Cleaning weekly, or bi-weekly or cleaning for special occasions or events. Have customers who are ill and need help with cleaning their home.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I advice that you have them go to your house so you can give them a better idea of the cleaning needs you are looking for and to give them a better understanding of what they will be cleaning to get a better estimate.
