- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always take care of our veterans and/or currently active military and service personnel (firefighters, police officers, EMT, etc.) 10% discount for all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is very important. We typically will ask for photos to make sure that we can get the customer needs met with the proper equipment for the job while keeping the cost down. Go to our website or call or text if you have any questions beforehand.
