What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have developed a Program called "Roommates to Romance" that is 4 months long. I require my clients to commit to this program if they hope to see results in their relationship. Pricing for the program can be discussed at a complimentary counseling session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation session to meet with couples
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to obtain 20 hours of continuing education every year. I attend various conferences and classes that are relevant to my area of expertise. Classes on marriage counseling, addiction, communication, mental issues, sexual topics and ethics are some of the classes I look for.
