Norm King & his son, Chance King are true professionals who actually care about their customers! I communicated with Norm - from the time he responded to my inquiry, until work completion. Throughout, Norm was very timely in responding. My roof has run its course, but Norm did not opt to "take me for a ride." Instead, he made a very thoughtful and reasonable cost proposal to address the immediate area(s) in need of repair and maintenance, given my inability to do a full roof replacement, now. He provided me with all before and after photos. Norm and his son deserve kudos for their work,; pricing; professionalism; and punctuality! I highly recommend this company to anyone across the state of New Mexico (since their services are provided throughout the state) needing roofing services ! Thank you, Norm!

I had a persistent leak around a roof vent that two other contractors failed to diagnose correctly. Then Norman from SW Roofing showed up. He immediately assessed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and, most importantly, didn’t try to upsell me.
Before the visit, I sent him photos of the problem area. He reviewed them, gave me a straightforward quote, and when he arrived on site, he confirmed the same diagnosis and stuck to his original price. That kind of integrity is rare.
The repair was done quickly and cleanly. The roof looks great now, and more importantly, no more leaks.
If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t waste your time or money, call SW Roofing and ask for Norman.

SW removed our rolled asphalt flat root and replaced with similar/new materials. They acted with professionalism and stayed in touch throughout each stage... estimate, proposal, execution, and follow up. New roof looks great and so far so good under high winds and light rain. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates and competitive pricing. Most roofing material is petroleum-based, so it fluctuates on the market, but we always keep our prices as competitive as possible. We also offer a discount for first responders and military. ask us about the discount when we come out for the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to gather a little information over the phone as far as- Flat roof or patched, single story or two story. We will need to determine if this is a repair or if a new roof is in order. In some cases we can bid from our satellite program for homes that may be far away or in remote areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years experience in the roofing industry. Licensed bonded injured for both of our safety. OSHA training, lead-based paint training and mold training.
