- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates and competitive pricing. Most roofing material is petroleum-based, so it fluctuates on the market, but we always keep our prices as competitive as possible. We also offer a discount for first responders and military. ask us about the discount when we come out for the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to gather a little information over the phone as far as- Flat roof or patched, single story or two story. We will need to determine if this is a repair or if a new roof is in order. In some cases we can bid from our satellite program for homes that may be far away or in remote areas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years experience in the roofing industry. Licensed bonded injured for both of our safety. OSHA training, lead-based paint training and mold training.
