FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different packages for different clients depending on what type of photography job I am being hired for, for how long ( day rate or 1/2 day rate or hourly), and how lengthy the post production aspect (editing) will be. I have flexibility on my package rates when the job calls for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down or talk over the phone with a new client and have a good, relaxed conversation on what the clients needs, wants, and aspirations are with the images that i am going to create with them. To get a sense of who my client is before we start shooting and establish a connection so we go into the shoot together. We plan the outline of the shoot, time, date, details, etc. Then the day of, I like my shoots to be relaxed and fun and professional as possible. I want the client to walk away feeling happy about what just happened. My turnaround time is quick, my editing process is fast and efficient and i get the final images to the client in a timely fashion with great results.
