The team arrived as scheduled. Both men were quite attentive and responsive to questions and concerns. The men had to stretch, clean pet urine and steam clean the entire living room. Both men were so cooperative and willing to do what was necessary to satisfy my concerns. We have a Chihuahua who has had trouble understanding where to go for bathroom needs. He thinks he owns the house. The two men (Bryan & Joel), were willing to do what was necessary without trying to find excuses for a return visit, if necessary. (non was required) I certainly respected the men and highly recommend the company, whom I will reuse until our chihuahua finds our "outside" dog restroom. The cost was quite reasonable, understandable and acceptable. As I said, I will call them again.
