Introduction: I became a certified hypnotherapist in 1986. I received my undergrad in psychology and my doctorate in hypnotherapy in 1990. I use the Milton Erickson approach to hypnotherapy and provide each client with a CD of their session. I have given many group sessions for major businesses, including the American Cancer Society and the city of San Diego.
